Today is my one month anniversary of my surgery and I’m still amazed at how everything happened and how quickly I’m feeling SO good and healing SO great too!! 🙂

UPDATE Friday, May 21, 2021: Well that escalated quickly!! 🙂 The 3rd time WAS the charm, the surgeon behind door number 3 was my favorite and now my surgery is NEXT week so definitely a little sooner than I was expecting but I’m just SO ready to get this done and behind me and more confident than ever and also more scared and excited and nervous than ever, so many emotions and will of course share more next week on how everything goes!!
Well that was almost a week ago which means my surgery is TODAY as in any minute/hour now!! I’ve done all my prep already and I’m as ready as I’ll ever be, terrified but excited and ready!!
No idea when I’ll be able to update this but I will as soon as I can to at least let you know that I’m alive!! 🙂
If everything goes ok and smooth then I would LOVE to be out of the hospital Friday but it might push into the weekend so I’ll definitely be able to update by then…

UPDATE Friday, May 21, 2021: Well that escalated quickly!! 🙂 The 3rd time WAS the charm, the surgeon behind door number 3 was my favorite and now my surgery is NEXT week so definitely a little sooner than I was expecting but I’m just SO ready to get this done and behind me and more confident than ever and also more scared and excited and nervous than ever, so many emotions and will of course share more next week on how everything goes!!
Ever since hearing “I think you have cancer…” from the first surgeon, of course it’s all I’ve been thinking about…
There were so many other things with the first surgeon that I just wasn’t comfortable with after really looking back on it though…
I’m so glad I got a second opinion from a second surgeon who I liked a lot more and mostly agreed with the first one but at least was a little more optimistic…
More like “I don’t think this is cancer but there’s a very good chance that it is…” lol 🙂
Now to continue my Mr. PotatoHead Tumor Match Game, I have ONE more surgeon appointment this week behind door number 3… 🙂
Some people just seem to go with the first option of anything but I get multiple options and opinions and reviews on EVERYthing…
Contractors, restaurants, clothes, cosmetics…
I just want to make sure I cover ALL my bases on something THIS major before deciding who is going to be cutting me open!!
Part of me wants to just keep seeing as many surgeons as I can but another part of me knows that’s probably just me stalling and delaying…
And I need to get this thing out of me either way, so I’m going with surgeon number 2 unless surgeon number 3 blows me away this week!! 🙂
I know you must be getting a little tired of hearing about this and I promise you I’m SO over constantly thinking and worrying about it!! 🙂
That’s why I’ve been trying to stay busy and keep the fun and sexy content cumming along too instead of ONLY the medical updates…
And I do SO appreciate being able to share this experience openly and all the love and support in the meantime, just another adventure and something to add to my realest deepest darkest bio ever 🙂

Even though that’s been a high possibility ever since all this started (My Medical Issue That I Couldn’t Keep Quiet About Any Longer…) and they found this giant tumor inside me, it still hit HARD to actually hear it out loud from a doctor for the first time…
At least he also said that if it is cancer then he can’t know anything for sure until he gets in there but he’s pretty confident it’s early enough…
Which means the same surgery I already knew I would have to have anyway would take care of it all and be one and done…
That was the surgeon behind door number one but with something this serious of course I want multiple opinions and options!!
But either way if it is anything below stage 4, I should have a whole new lease on life after this surgery with pain free eating and digestion in as long as I can remember!! 🙂
I still need to sleep on it because this is all just SO much to take in at once, but I’m pretty sure I’m going with surgeon number 2 because I like his technique a lot better too…
He was much more understanding about finding the balance between doing whatever it takes to keep me safe but also not slicing me up like Edward Scissorhands 🙂
Of course if the small chance that it IS stage 4 and has spread then that will change everything and we’ll cross that ass lightning bridge if we have to but hopefully not!! 🙂
So for right now, if we finalize everything with him then my surgery would be in just about a month from now which would give me one more good stretch to get everything prepared and ready for the big day!!
I’ve never been SO excited and SO terrified for something in my life!! 🙂
It sounds like my downtime and recovery won’t be nearly as bad either as long as everything goes ok in the surgery and with the anesthesia and all…
At least there’s light at the end of this colon tunnel now and something for me to latch on too and get ready for instead of everything just being completely up in the air…
I’m just SO ready and curious of what’s going to happen on surgery day and especially with the official FULL biopsy after!!
Thank you SO much AGAIN for sticking with me and being so amazing and patient and supportive through everything and me STILL continuing to try to work my way through my HUGE backlog of emails and messages…
I’m getting there and plan to be even more caught up by surgery day so I can keep busy between now and then with all the waiting!! 🙂
