I love me. You don’t have to. Having CPTSD and finding self-love was not for the faint of heart. I have a form of brain damage that claims the lives of a lot of people. If I only help one other person get the help they need, or a voice to keep going, then I’m a successful girl. Thank you all for the supportive love. I have learned in life, be loud and loving to those who can not use their voice yet. I will be that voice always. Until my voice is gone. I can also be that fire 🔥 and burn it all down 🥰

After only being with one man for 13 years this always makes me laugh. Like can you do research or something. Like I did all that with one person.
