It’s OK to Not Be OK
I sped it up but some days this is me for hours. Same spot. Staring. Wondering what I’ve done to get treated the way I do. Or wondering if I will always be too much or not enough. I share things to be more open with y’all and I wanna let you know it’s OK to not be OK regardless of what those around you tell you.
My mental health suffers one day I can wanna wear makeup and dress up the next day… I literally can’t even move, breathe, eat anything. Grief and betrayal always take a toll on me. I will always Heal out loud and publicly. I feel I’ve made the right choices for the sweet notes that I get from people I have inspired. Even when I am completely drowning in depression and panic attacks.

Sometimes I look at how much I’ve survived and instead of feeling proud, I just feel sad and tired that I had to become this strong. I know I’m resilient. I know I made it through. 🤕
Some days I can’t celebrate all I’ve endured. I have to let the sadness out and share. You’re not alone and you’re loved too. Sharing mental health from a sexy loving place drives people who can’t but should heal crazy. Then helps guide others to healing and self love. Is what I’m doing right for everyone?? No … is it right for me?? Idk but it feels good and right while making amazing supportive friends. I keep getting incredibly sweet messages from people who I’ve helped just by showing up and not giving up. If I give another person a reason to keep showing up. I will. Even if that ONLY person is me.
Fun fact, a lot of the guys who are the meanest remind me a lot of the times when I was a child and I was physically abused… same types and same energy so no, I will never back down from any of that ever 👸🏻 even with a messy room full of thot energy 😈
