It’s OK to Not Be OK

I sped it up but some days this is me for hours. Same spot. Staring. Wondering what I’ve done to get treated the way I do. Or wondering if I will always be too much or not enough. I share things to be more open with y’all and I wanna let you know it’s OK to not be OK regardless of what those around you tell you.

My mental health suffers one day I can wanna wear makeup and dress up the next day… I literally can’t even move, breathe, eat anything. Grief and betrayal always take a toll on me. Even when I am completely drowning in depression and panic attacks.
