That’s right my MrPotatoHead tumor was NOT the babyDaddy which means there were no other Mrs. or Junior potato heads in there AND even MrPotatoHead himself was NOT cancer!! 🙂

We pretty much all thought it was going to turn out to be at least stage 1 cancer including most of the doctors but that my surgery would hopefully take care of it either way as long as it hadn’t already started spreading…

Since I had to have the surgery either way of course it’s the BEST possible news that the whole big tumor they took out was only PREcancerous all the way through!! 🙂

That means it would have turned to cancer at some point but I caught it in time!! 🙂

Would have been nice to catch it when it was still small enough to just scrape it out but I’ll be on top of my colonoscopies from now on just in case!! 🙂

There’s no telling how long I would have waited to even bring it up to start this whole process of catching it and removing it… (My Medical Issue That I Couldn’t Keep Quiet About Any Longer…)

I’m just SO thankful I got to a point in my life where I was willing to make the changes I needed to for something like this and FINALLY bring it up and start this journey!! 🙂

Now I’m already on the mend after a VERY rough first week but overall still amazing because of the results!! 🙂

The surgery went even better than the surgeon hoped and had a little less of my colon removed than they had planned too 🙂

We recorded a LONG podcast about all the nitty gritty details of actual surgery day and I was completely exhausted before during and after it lol but hope it at least made SOME sense between all my pain and meds 🙂

I’m still FAR from 100% but things have finally started to get better instead of worse over the last day or two so I’m hoping this second week is going to be the one where I really start feeling more like myself and can start enjoying my new lease on life!! 🙂

All of this is almost over and it can finally NOT be the only thing I’m thinking and talking about all the time and thank you SO much again for allowing me to share the ups AND downs with you and to have this outlet and yes there will need to be LOTS of updates to add to my realest deepest darkest bio ever when this is all over!! 🙂
