Vacation, 100+ heat wave, keto period hormones and more!!!!!

What a week!!

I have not quite been myself lately and just felt more negative and quiet than usual.

Me gaining weight doesn’t just affect the way I look and feel it actually effects me deep down mentally emotionally and physically.

My thyroid really messes up. I have to stay around a certain weight/body fat percentage for my mind and body to work and thrive.

It hasn’t been and it’s been really hard for me. I’ve been mentally and physically exhausted.

My hair falling out in gobs, nails breaking, my body breaks out, I get rough dry patches, my legs itch and feel like stuff is crawling on me and never able to sleep enough.

It’s rough.

BUT I’ve started eating keto.

So it will help set me back on the right path after my period.

I just hit a lowest weight in almost 2 months of 125 (which is way too high still I need to be around 115 or lower but it’s a start)

So now I have my dad visiting, while I get ready to start my period, it’s 100+ during the day (we were suppose to be traveling already) but I am pushing through all the thyroid hormone fog to get to the other side!!

Not everyday is just me farting rainbows and sunshine and it’s hard for me to be so much for so many people sometimes.

I have to remind my self I am human and not just a stage performer ALL the time.

Even though I do love to fart allllll the rainbows and my unicorn horn will be back and fully erect soon!! 🙂
