I think it may have been Carl Jung the famous early psychiatrist who said by the age of 40 individuals often have:
Wisdom and experience from earlier life challenges
Financial stability and independence
Emotional resilience and self-awareness
Freedom to pursue personal passions and goals
It emphasizes the first 40 years of life provide the foundation, while the subsequent years allow for a more fulfilling and authentic existence. I think that the modern interpretation of life begins at 40 today inspires optimism and counters negative stereotypes about aging and life. It should encourage people to embrace midlife as a vibrant stage, highlighting opportunities for personal growth, reinvention of career and lifestyle, enjoyments of relationships and leisure, pursuit of long held dreams with renewed confidence reminding all those negative knockers that turning 40 is not an end but a beginning of a new, meaningful chapter in life.
