It’s easy to laugh about now but this was REALLY scary and I’m just so glad that I survived!!

It could have been really bad and I was SO close to going to the hospital…

I probably would have if I wasn’t so scared of going anywhere near there with all the coronavirus craziness!!

LONG story short was I always joke about food comas and eating too much…

I saved up SO much to earn an epic cheat junk food day at Disney Springs but…

I went WAY overboard and actually almost put myself into a REAL food coma!! 🙁

The first one shows how I got in great shape saving up for it right before and the after pic only about 12 hours later after ALL 455 grams aka one POUND of sugar and over 5 THOUSAND calories!!…

And that was just a couple hours before I was sprawled out on the bathroom floor, punching B in the face, then laying on wet concrete with bugs…

It’s crazy to even think about now but I learned my lesson and know I can never go THAT crazy again!!

Confession: i AM the Spaghetti Monster!! :)

Today was grocery day and it went great!! 🙂 Still nervous each time but gets better each time too.

Grocery shopping used to be one of my favorite things to do and slowly getting back there 🙂

My junk food meal this week was spaghetti. I hadn’t had it in SO long and it was SOOOO good!! 🙂

I didn’t go TOO overboard with it either because still even MORE excited about Disney Springs and my favorite bakery there next week!!

I’m going to go VERY overboard there!! 🙂

I didn’t even get the ice cream I was planning on getting today and got fruit instead 🙂

I’ll make up for it with double or TRIPLE ice cream next week!! 🙂

2 and a half months!! 75 Days!! 6 MILLION 4 hundred and eighty thousand seconds!! lol 🙂

Before that I was so used to going and doing something almost EVERY day…

It’s been a BIG change but I’ve grown SO much during all this mentally and emotionally

That doesn’t mean I’m not REALLY ready to get back out there and having fun again though!! 🙂

Going to be slowly venturing out of our quarantine cave next week…

First to the zoo since it’s outdoors and not as popular or international as Disney…

They are doing lots of good things to be extra safe so that will be a great first adventure!! 🙂

But first a quick update on the past week, still hanging in there with all the lockdown and hope you are too!! 🙂

Still SO wanting to get out and start doing fun things again but so thankful for having the farm to get out and still get stuff done and have something to focus on 🙂

My garden has been doing great so far and I’m SO proud of it since I didn’t know if ANY of it was going to actually grow 🙂

My no added sugar aka NAS experiment went amazing too!! Had my best period EVER, shortest and lightest and just felt so much better overall, less brain fog and less mood swings and more energy!! 🙂

That doesn’t mean I can go ALL NAS though, going to be breaking it up with my junk food cheats every two weeks which is actually today and it was another epic one!! 🙂

But even with an epic cheat day I was actually able to control myself and throw away part of almost everything I got instead of just trying to cram it ALL in like I would before!! 🙂

I’ve never gone 2 weeks in my LIFE or even close to that so I feel like I finally actually earned it for once and will be able to get right back on track after I ate my fill and then some of it all today!! 🙂
