I spent most of last week trying to get the farm ready for its first big storm and making sure everything and everyone inside and out were as prepared as possible
But then Dorian decided to go a different route so we got lucky on this one but at least now we’ll be more prepared for the next one since it’s only just the beginning of hurricane season!!
That also means it’s the end of summer and I hope you had a great one and ready for one of my favorite times of the year, the holidays!! 🙂
I know some people get annoyed how the holidays keep getting earlier and earlier each year but I love it 🙂
I’ve always loved Halloween and going to be even better this year since I’m going to the Disney Halloween Party TWICE!! 🙂 Once in September in just a couple weeks and once in October too!! 🙂
And here’s one of my favorite pics from the past week, I’ll call it “Hurricane Lelu Is Cumming To Town…” 🙂

Dorian was a little scary in its presentation but over all was good where I live. Actually had more rain the week prior to Dorian.
