It’s been another wild and crazy weird week but what else is new with 2020 right?? 🙂

I’m REALLY hoping nothing else comes up to ruin or postpone my makeup/redo Disney trip less than 1 week away now!! 🙂

I’ve still had some weird leftover effects from the crazy sickness from a couple weeks ago but feeling MUCH better overall!! 🙂

I definitely gained all my weight back and then some so already have a plan in place this week to tone up and get ready for the birthday feast I’ve been waiting for over a month now!! 🙂

It feels good to have a goal and a clear plan written down to get there!! 🙂

So if you have something you’re shooting for like a weight goal or even a masturbation goal, write down the last step then work backward to get there 🙂

Like for me that’s cutting out all my usual sweets and treats throughout this week to make more room for the extra special ones at Disney!! 🙂

So I started with the day before Disney writing up my meal plan that had no sweets but instead of just trying to start there and give up, I slowly worked backward to put a little bit the day before that then a little bit more the day before that all the way up to starting a full week out at my normal regular meals I’m used to 🙂

Now I only have to make one small change per day to give up and then by the end of the week I should be right where I want to be!! 🙂

Try it out and let’s knock out some goals together!! 🙂
