If you didn’t already listen to my recent free podcast about the “217: Full True Story Of My Recent Addiction Binge” one of the MANY reasons for that was being locked away from Disney for so long, I haven’t had my Disney junk food release in a LONG time!! 🙁

So until things start getting back to “normal” and we are able to get out and about and do fun trips like that again and have all the fun junk food that comes with it, I’m going to do planned junk food days at home instead to try to keep the comfort food monster away in between!! 🙂

Today was the first day and it went great other than my food coma right now 🙂 These are the types of days like after Disney that make me crave the opposite of junk food, good clean healthy meals but they are oh so good at the time!! 🙂

At least with Disney though I’m walking MILES and MILES to get some of it off, definitely need to work on that with the home ones 🙂

Here’s the breakdown of what I had today, couldn’t even FAT it all on one screen or fit in all on one screen?? 🙂

I continue to have the same ups and downs that I hear from you too, and I had a rough couple days then I feel bad for having a rough couple days when I know SO many people have it worse so then I feel guilt and shame and blame myself all over again into a downward spiral…

BUT I finally took a mental health day or at least a mental health half-day and just shut everything off and crocheted my heart out!! 🙂

I already feel so much better and I’m trying to get better at accepting that it’s ok to have those ups and downs when all our lives are turned upside down right now!! 🙂

So if you find yourself stuck in the same negative loop I get caught up in sometimes just try to dive deep into a good and positive hobby even if it’s for just a couple hours and see if that doesn’t help turn things around a little bit for you too!! 🙂

I’m much more refreshed and recharged and ready for my show tonight so I hope to see you there too!! 🙂

Going Coronavirus crazy?? Me too but let’s do it together!! 🙂

This might be the longest I’ve ever gone without leaving the house EVER and I’m only on day 5 of my self-quarantine!! 🙂

Why I’ve been out all week… YEAST!! 🙁

You know I don’t hold back and share the good and the bad even when it’s TMI right?? 🙂

Well if you didn’t already hear on my podcast this has been the week of YEAST!! 🙁

I’m no expert but know a lot more after this week than I did before so here’s how I understand it, we ALL have yeast inside us (it’s already inside you… lol)

But sometimes it can get out of control and we get too much and then it’s called a yeast infection which makes it sound much scarier but really not that big of a deal usually just SUPER annoying and irritating!! 🙂

I’m allergic to a lot of different things and the most common medicine for yeast can cause worse side effects so I’ve been trying the natural remedy this week of lots of tea tree oil and coconut oil and it’s already WAY better and almost completely cleared up 🙂

I have to keep the treatment going for a full 7 days so still a couple more days then hopefully I’ll be better than ever just in time for creampie week because I’ve been SO horny but haven’t been able to have sex or masturbate or anything!! 🙁

The first couple days was CONSTANT itching and pressure and discomfort when even touching and now I’m in that weird in between phase of feeling mostly back to normal but still way too sensitive to REALLY take care of my forced chastity!! 🙂
