So I am stillll eating on my perfect best bday cake ever!!

There is NO way to finish this amazing 16-person beast all by myself but it has been so good and I am so thankful and STILL love it so much each time I see it.

My dad is here visiting to help finish out my BDAY MONTH celebration. We’ve gone to Universal Studios almost every day, done all the Harry Potter magic spells in both parks with my new all powerful wand that works every time now!!

As my bday month starts coming to a close I can start getting my health and weight in check.

I am fat, sick and nearlyDead (not really but a great documentary and I have aliments and health issues coming up that haven’t in years since the last time I was this big and unhealthy)

There is a great ready-made nutrition weekly meal plan I am going to get back on and just eat the premade meals to slowly start getting back on track and back on the wagon.

I have at least started walking again so I am not a complete lump on a log!!

Slow baby steps to get back to where I need to be to get my thyroid back under control so my body will stop attacking itself…

It’s my birthMONTH and yep I celebrate ALL August long like only a Leo can!! 🙂

But… it didn’t get off to a great start… 🙁

I woke up on the first morning of my birthday FINALLY being back in our home after all the back and forth repairs.

We still had a little more work to get done but thought we had at least a couple of days rest and break in between.

For better or worse not much has changed since last week.

So instead of planning what I’m going to do for my birthday I have to have many plans for all situations.

Uncertainty and not being able to fully plan things out is NOT good for me.

Oh and I finally have my own washing machine but I’m not even home to use it!! 😜

It’s been a lot but surprisingly fun somehow overall!! We’ve been doing fun things almost daily. Going to new places and going to try to keep that up and learn some stuff along the way!!

Going to try to start getting something planned for my bday cause right now it just doesn’t feel special.

It just feels like my home/RV repairs are going to take over my birthday month and I won’t get to plan anything.

We’re homeless.

We had a great run though!!

A wonderful anniversary at Universal Studios even though it was a last minute change of plans.

That night ended in a big fist fight brawl right at the exit (not me and B of course cause I would win 🤣)

So much yummy food that day too.

Then back to reality and dropping our RV aka OUR HOME off to have repairs.

There’s lots to love about living in an RV but one of the downsides is when it’s time to get repairs done.

We are dropping off our whole house and have to get as much of our shit out as we can and then figure out where to live and store it while they fix it.

We are 1 of 100’s, we were told, that also need repairs.

The difference is we live in ours. Most don’t but more people are getting into the nomad lifestyle.

So that’s where we are right now, bouncing between temporary spots while they do all the back and forth with the manufacturer/warranty stuff.

Renting spaces, moving heat sensitive “important” stuff in and out and back and forth until we have some answers.

That’s the other tough part is not really knowing how long it will all take and being stuck in limbo in between.

Hopefully in the next week they will at least look at it and give us more of a timeline.

Really hoping it won’t take too long so we can get ready for our next adventure trips!! 🙂

So now my impatient ass has to wait.

Wait to see when they will even look at it. Wait to see if and when the fixes can happen. Wait to see what they will need to order and how long THAT will take.

I want more updates cause don’t they know this princess’s birthday is coming up!!!!

That would be amazing to have it done by my birthday August 1st but I think that’s going to be a long shot at this point.

At least some time early in my birthMONTH would still be good though and yes I celebrate my birthday ALL August long!! 🙂

To colonoscopy or not to colonoscopy, that was the question last week…

Well, me and my ass followed through with it and first things first I SURVIVED!!

Out of all my fears from last week that was one of the biggest even though it wouldn’t affect me as much, cause… well you know… I’d be gone.

I am not!!

I am alive and kicking and almost none of my fears came true!!

I did have a reaction and was a little sick after the anesthesia but nothing serious just really uncomfortable and irritating.

So the discomfort I talked about: NORMAL!! No ass lighting (cancer) no polyps and nothing they missed, I am good for the next 3 years

I’m just that weird and sensitive and can feel everything BUT ITS NOT CANCER!!

I am not allergic to the staples and it healed perfectly in there

The place and doctor were wonderful and I was in and out so quick that when they called B he was worried something was wrong.

They were done in under 2 hours from the time I walked into the front office.

Honestly a lot of it was a blur before during and after and I’m glad it’s over.

I started my period right after and that’s helped with my hormones leveling out because I am nuts right before.

Now B and I are planning our anniversary (13 years together) and it will be a FULL day with no social media.

So needed and so ready for that.

I finally booked my colonoscopy and it’s TOMORROW and I am freaking out!!

I survived week 1 of COVID then B got hit hard after days of not getting it.
