Dude, That is so ironic…my father in-law just had his foot amputated this week and is going into surgery again tomorrow. He’s diabetic and went septic.
They have to keep cutting because the infection . I’m sorry your father inlaw going through that

They think they got all of the infection hopefully. He’s got an awesome nurse whose dad went through same thing and she’s soooo positive. How far did they go up, if you don’t mind me asking? On his, they started out at the ankle but 3 surgeries later he’s just below the knee. Its been very hard on us all especially him. I can’t imagine.
They went ahead and did all the way to right below the knee the first time with him so far
